Dearest scholars, I have a idea that requires your pondering. Consider my recent struggles with the lack of intelligence among our dear little froshies. Is it justifiable for myself (or one of you) to openly challenge them in regards to their lack of knowledge or should it be more prudent to let them decline into simple minds? Why or why not?
-It has been my fullest opinion, as you know, to openly force people to think by giving them odd ideals and comments that would force their brains into action. A mighty tree grows from a simple seed and some of our greatest minds emerged from obscure backgrounds. Do note that I do NOT approve of brutality in this fashion. I, therefore, must conclude that a more activist approach can and should be taken into consideration on this subject.
If it is true that they lack certian intelligence that you think necessary, then do you think they would even care if you said something to them? I understand you want to change things, but I think you need to do it less confretational way.
Laissez faire approachs yield two outcomes, ignorance and apathy. You are correct in stating that not only will no one listen or consider the situation logical or full of reason, but I do feel it important to point out that speaking about this topic is both necessary and important. I can not live in a world where such 'colorful' individuals coexist with me. They are insulting the legacies of the great thinkers. I'm not saying that they don't have a place, but I am convinced that the vast majority of them do not belong here.

I yield the floor...
